This is our general status message for orders that have not yet shipped out. It may not actually mean your item will not be shipped until 1-2 weeks before your event.
If you have placed an order with expedited shipping: ignore the 1-2 week timeframe. Your order will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days of placing your order, arriving in the time reflected by your shipping method.
If you have placed an order with standard ground shipping: your items will actually ship to arrive at your location 1-2 weeks before your event (typically 10-14 days).
If your event is less than 1-2 weeks away, and your items have not arrived, or you just placed your order – your order will likely ship out within the next day or two.
