Why does My Dashboard say a tuxedo was not ordered when it truly was?

There are a few rare cases where your wedding dashboard status can become out of sync. If you notice this happens, and you would like to have your wedding dashboard updated, you can email a request to our support team and we will check on your account, the order(s) and manually update your wedding account accordingly to correct the status.

What to write: Please include your name, the name of the person who’s tux status is incorrect, and if possible, any order numbers associated with this request.
