Exchanges Made Easy – Sit back and relax, it is on it’s way to your home
Visit our store front and click the green Order Tools & Exchanges button to begin.
Mobile users, you will first need to open the navigation menu by tapping on the “Menu” button near the top of the page. The Order Tools & Exchanges button can be found within.
Once you’re at the Order Tools & Exchanges menu, simply enter the order number you need to process an exchange for, and follow the steps within the Order Tools screen to begin your exchange.
[Update: while you can still use the method below, you should instead try our Order Tools & Exchanges feature discussed above.]
Just click on Returns/Exchanges under the Help tab. Scroll down to the Exchange Made Easy and enter your order # and email address. All of your items ordered will automatically show and you can request any exchange item(s) you need. You don’t even have to ship your original items back, hold onto them and ship everything back after your event. We will process your exchange immediately and ship it out to you the very next business day at no cost to you.
