Yes. You may alter the pant legnth or coat sleeve legnth if you need an adjustment and do not want us to ship another one to you. These are very basic simple alterations that most people can do with needle and thread. You may also bring it to any tailor or drycleaner to have either of these simple non-permanent alterations done. You may not make any permanent alterations such as cutting the material of the garment or removing the lining and altering as you will be held responsible for the replacement costs of the garment.
